    LabToWellness offers various templates to visualise laboratory test packages. Reports can be used for general or specific packages with any number of tests. There are short easy-to-read consumer focused texts available for more than 200 most popular tests and new texts can be written by the LabToWellness content creation team as needed.

    Health checkup services contain laboratory tests, functional tests, various medical scans, questionnaires. LabToWellness reports for general health checkups or occupational health checkups are designed to visualise the examinations and provide easy-to-read general descriptions of the methods.

    LabToWellness team has developed a specific report template for laboratory test packages examining the levels of vitamins. The goal of the reports is to present the results and provide useful information about the vitamins tested.

Reports for laboratory test packages

LabToWellness offers various templates to visualise laboratory test packages. Reports can be used for general or specific packages with any number of tests. There are short easy-to-read consumer focused texts available for more than 200 most popular tests and new texts can be written by the LabToWellness content creation team as needed.

Summary page template is available especially for larger panels to highlight for the consumer the tests that are out of normal range and advised to explore in details. The summary page also acts as a table of contents as all test names are linked with more detailed test info in the following report pages.

General report template contains up to 8 tests per page and includes colourful green-yellow-red graphs and short static descriptions of the tests. The test descriptions can be replaced with dynamic interpretation texts that change according to the test results. Customer specific reference values and units for the tests are used.

Medical professional page template is a functional table that includes results, units, reference values and small colourful green-yellow dot to highlight the results that are out of reference range. Result graphs similar to the General report template pages can be included.

Short report page template is developed to deliver all information for patients/consumers on a single page. Page contains green-yellow-red graphs, results with units and reference ranges. Tests can be grouped.

​All pages can be customised with logos, modified headers/footers, title colours and backgrounds. Additional page templates can be custom developed. Texts developed by LabToWellness can be modified by the customer. Reports can be translated into multiple languages.

 

Reports for health checkups

Health checkup services contain laboratory tests, functional tests, various medical scans, questionnaires. LabToWellness reports for general health checkups or occupational health checkups are designed to visualise the examinations and provide easy-to-read general descriptions of the methods. LabToWellness content creation team has descriptions for more than 250 laboratory tests and a growing number of medical examinations. The reports act as a guide for further conclusions and recommendations delivered by medical professionals. Additional algorithm based intelligence such as interpretations and personalised recommendations can be custom developed by LabToWellness team in collaboration with customers.

Summary page template is available for larger panels to highlight examinations that are abnormal and advised to explore in detail. All test names are linked to and lead to more detailed info in the following report pages acting therefore also as a table of contents.

Medical professional page template is a functional table that includes results, units and references for the laboratory tests and other examinations.  A small green-yellow dot in front of each test highlights the results that need closer attention. Results graph similar to the General report template pages can be included.

Reports for Vitamin deficiency testing

LabToWellness team has developed a specific report template for laboratory test packages examining the levels of vitamins. The goal of the reports is to present the results and provide useful information about the vitamins tested.

Vitamin test report template highlights the result in green-yellow-red graph along with unit and reference values. The page contains basic information about vitamin. In order to emphasise the importance of the particular vitamin there are sections describing what happens if there is too little or too much of that vitamin in the body. 

Section Where to get vitamin includes the average daily dosage as well as examples of foods to be consumed to get the recommended daily amount of that vitamin.

Report templates are currently available for 10 main vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, FAD and folic acid.

Final report can include all 10 vitamins or any combinations of the vitamins. Content for additional vitamins can be developed by LabToWellness team, if needed.

Reports for allergy laboratory testing

LabToWellness has developed a new type of laboratory allergy testing reports containing colorful visualisations, easy-to-understand explanations and personalised selection of most relevant content only.

Currently there are texts and visuals available for 92 different allergens and 11 groups (dust, pollen, food, venom, animal protein, microorganism, seafood, nut, milk, latex). Custom collections can easily be developed based on existing packages offered by laboratories/clinics.

Allergy report template developed by LabToWellness consists of multiple page templates that can be selected for the final report.

About allergies page template. Static page that describes briefly in an easy to understand language what are allergies. There is a section that presents the reader with most common allergy symptoms as well as highlights when to seek immediate help from healthcare institution. There is also a section that explains how to understand the allergy laboratory testing results.

Test results page template. This is the main page template to present the actual testing results. Various allergens are grouped together. On a graph allergens probabilities (classes) are presented in six level visual.

Living with allergy page template. This page highlights based on the testing results the allergens one has to be careful with and the allergens certainly to avoid. The page includes easy to read practical information how to identify the triggers. Special section includes tips how to avoid triggers. There is a specific page for each allergen group (food, pollen, dust etc) with relevant information.
