Reports for Vitamin deficiency testing
LabToWellness team has developed a specific report template for laboratory test packages examining the levels of vitamins. The goal of the reports is to present the results and provide useful information about the vitamins tested.
Vitamin test report template highlights the result in green-yellow-red graph along with unit and reference values. The page contains basic information about vitamin. In order to emphasise the importance of the particular vitamin there are sections describing what happens if there is too little or too much of that vitamin in the body.
Section Where to get vitamin includes the average daily dosage as well as examples of foods to be consumed to get the recommended daily amount of that vitamin.
Report templates are currently available for 10 main vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, FAD and folic acid.
Final report can include all 10 vitamins or any combinations of the vitamins. Content for additional vitamins can be developed by LabToWellness team, if needed.
All pages can be customised with logos, modified headers/footers, title colours and background. Additional page templates can be custom developed. Texts developed by LabToWellness can be modified by the customer. Reports can be translated to multiple languages.
